Grading How do grade letters translate to what we receive?
Grade A: near-new cosmetic condition, minor surface marks only. Grade B: visible wear at arm’s length, fully functional. Grade C: heavier cosmetic wear, functional. Our published rubric uses photo exemplars so there’s no hidden downgrade language. If a received unit doesn’t match the listed grade you can refund, re-grade, or replace within 30 days — your choice, no photo forensics.
Deployment Can you apply our asset tags and emit serials before shipment?
Yes — send your tag range or template and we apply tags at the warehouse. Every PO ships with a CSV of serial numbers, grade, and functional-test result in a format that drops into ServiceNow CMDB, Intune, or a flat finance export. Autopilot hashes and Apple Business Manager enrolment on ship are both included on request.
Compliance How do you handle drives and prior-customer data?
Every storage drive is sanitised to NIST 800-88 Purge standards on intake, before anything else. We issue per-drive Certificates of Sanitisation on request and can provide chain-of-custody logs for HIPAA or public-sector deployments. Drives that fail sanitisation are physically shredded through an R2v3-certified partner.
Warranty What does the 12-month warranty actually cover?
Functional defects on any unit, any grade. For fleet customers (50+ active units) we ship advance-replacements from the same grade and spec before the faulty unit goes back — no RMA wait for the field. Grade-match not possible? You choose: spec-upgrade credit, pro-rata refund, or part-out. Claim rates are published monthly on /transparency.
Terms Can we get NET 30 terms and a blanket PO?
Yes. NET 30 available on 2-business-day credit review. We accept ACH, wire, card, and purchase orders, and can operate against a blanket PO with release-level invoicing for recurring fleet draws. Tax-exempt status held on file.
Logistics Do you support blind drop-ship for MSPs and resellers?
