    Root cause
    Queue worker backlog during a large bulk import saturated the quote ingestion workers.
    Mitigation
    Worker autoscale floor raised; bulk imports now routed to a dedicated queue.

    Root cause
    CDN origin connection pool exhaustion during a cache-warm event.
