Security
How we handle your data
The default wipe on every drive is NIST 800-88 Purge — executed before a unit is re-graded, re-sold, or parted out.
A Certificate of Sanitization is available on request, per drive, tied to the unit serial.
If you need media destroyed on-site instead of sanitized, we can issue a Certificate of Destruction against a shredded-media manifest — useful for regulated deployments where the drive cannot leave the building.
Every pickup carries a chain-of-custody log from the moment units leave your dock through intake, sanitization, and resale.

FAQ
Common questions
What condition does a unit need to be in?
We buy functional units across Grade A, B, and C cosmetic conditions. Units that power on, pass a basic functional test, and are not physically destroyed are in scope. We will still take a look at damaged lots in volume — the per-unit value just drops toward parts-and-recycling rates.
Can you pick up on-site?
Yes, for lots of 100+ units we coordinate on-site pickup with a freight carrier and tamper-evident seals. Smaller lots typically ship inbound via a prepaid label once the quote is accepted.
How is the quote calculated?
Indicative per-unit values are based on model, generation, RAM/SSD configuration, and cosmetic grade — benchmarked against recent secondary-market comparables. Quotes are typical, not guaranteed; final settlement is against the actual units received and tested.
Can you credit this against a new order?
Yes. Most customers apply the buyback value as a credit against a future invoice rather than taking ACH — useful for refresh cycles where old fleet offsets the new fleet. We can also split: part ACH, part credit.
Ready for a buyback quote?
Send your inventory list — CSV, PSA export, or a shelf photo — and we will return an indicative per-unit offer.
