Volume pricing

Quoted per spec line at your rolling annual volume, not per PO. Peripherals price against the laptop volume on the same account. See pricing for tier ranges.

Net terms & payment

Net 30 on approved credit. ACH, wire, and corporate card accepted. PO references printed on invoice. Standing PO supported for dev-pool swaps.

How a typical engagement runs

    CPU family, RAM, SSD, screen size, and seat count. We confirm what is in stock and what is build-to-order.

    Matched-batch quote with lead times per grade

    Signed quote within 24 business hours. Lead time stated per grade (A / B) and per spec line.

    First wave ships; API key issued for dev-pool endpoints

    First wave handled same-day on Grade A. API key + dev-pool docs delivered with the shipment notice.

  4. 04

    Swap units via API as team grows or units fail

    POST a serial to the dev-pool endpoint; replacement ships against your standing PO with a new serial in the response.

Common questions

Can you match a specific CPU family across the batch?

Yes. Matched-batch is the default for engineering orders — every unit in the lot ships with the same CPU, RAM, and SSD spec. We will quote what is in stock at that spec and what is build-to-order.

How does the dev-pool API work?

A small REST API keyed to your account. POST a serial to /dev-pool/swap and a matched-spec replacement ships against your standing PO. GET /dev-pool/inventory returns what is reserved for your account.

Do you sell peripherals as well as laptops?

Yes — keyboards, mice, USB-C hubs, monitors, and dock bundles. Priced against the laptop volume on the same PO, not at retail.

What's the minimum for same-day handling?

No unit minimum on Grade A in-stock orders placed before [2pm ET]. Build-to-order spec lines and Grade B / C lots ship on the lead time stated in the quote.

Send the target spec and seat count. We will return a matched-batch quote with lead times per grade and dev-pool API access on first wave.
